ABOUT THIS PROJECT
For this project the customer wanted to update a traditional wooden surround and an outset gas fire with something more modern. Consulting with the customer in the showroom we discussed what their heat needs were and fire and fireplace combinations that would satisfy both the desired aesthetic and the properties flue capabilities and/or limitations . After careful consideration of the available styles and combinations, the customer was then presented with specific bespoke options. The Paragon P5 fire from Charlton and Jenrick gas collection range combined with the classic 54″ Victorian in Agean Limestone (supplied by Capital Fires). The customer was then able to further customise the fireplace by choosing between several colour combinations.

The largest fire in the Paragon P series range, The P5 combines striking visual impact with excellent efficiency. It produces an impressive 5.7kW output with an efficiency of 85% for economical burning. The size of the P5 allows for installation into a large majority of chimney breasts without the need for any extra building work. This size is also perfectly proportionate to fit with the popular 54” fireplace designs that are available from all fireplace retailers.
