We recently moved to a new house and wanted to change the existing fireplace (photo 2), but didn’t quite know what we wanted it changed to. The team at Fires & Fireplaces were all so professional and helpful in choosing our new fireplace (photo 1)! From telling us indicative quotes, coming over to the house for a survey, proposing options with a photoshop illustration, demonstrating options in the show room, to doing it all over again when we decided to go for a more modern fire instead. Tom, Bart, Tanya and the installation team were always very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Installation was as planned and all support trades they recommended and organised for us (electrician and plasterer) were also professional, timely and did an excellent job. Overall we’re very happy with our new fireplace and would strongly recommend Fires and Frieplaces!!!

Having visited the showroom and selected a new electric fire, the work of removing our old fireplace and installing the new, replastering the surround and replacing the necessary skirting board, was completed within the month. The fitters were very pleasant and professional and once our room had been redecorated, they returned to apply the sealant around the fire. We highly recommend Fires & Fireplaces for their first class standard of work.

We wanted a new fireplace to suit our fire, and went to Fires and Fireplaces in Derby. The team there, Tanya and Bart, both provided excellent advice on size, style and visualisation, and provided us with mock-up photos of what the final result would look like. The order was fulfilled in about 4 weeks, and the installation team were efficient and respectful of our home. The follow up support has also been excellent. We are delighted with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending Fires and Fireplaces to anyone looking for a new fire or fireplace

I'm so pleased with my new fire surround and fire supplied and installed by Fires and Fireplaces Derby. From going into the store to place my order to installation has been brilliant, staff in the store were very helpful. Alex and Sam who fitted it yesterday have done a fantastic job, it looks lovely in my newly refurbished living room. They lay down carpet so that they didn't mark the floor, they hoovered up and took away all the packaging and rubbish. Thank you so much
