  • Free SurveysWe offer free on site surveys within a 15 mile radius of Derby city centre.
    *Following showroom visit or email quotation.
  • Free QuotationsGet a fully fitted price before making a decision. No hidden costs.
  • BespokeCreate a unique custom fireplace for an individual touch to your home. Marble, stone and wood made to measure.
  • InstallationWe employ our own skilled, in-house Gas Safe registered installers. We also work with HETAS certified installers.
  • Areas CoveredWe cover Derby and surrounding areas: Ashbourne, Burton upon Trent, Uttoxeter, Sandiacre, Belper, Nottigham etc.
  • Annual ServiceWe service all gas fires we've installed for a low set charge of £84 incl. VAT
  • Live DisplaysFeel the warmth and see the effect for yourself. Many live displays to see at our Derby showroom.
  • Photoshop ServiceIt can be difficult to imagine how a fireplace will look in your own home. We can make it easier for you! We offer a Photoshop service where if you send us pictures of your current fireplace, we will super impose a chosen fireplace into the image. We only offer this free service on local quotations or after site surveys within the Derbyshire area.

Our process

How we (usually) do things.

Showroom Visit

Bring in or e-mail us pictures of your current fire and fireplace along with your address and contact details. Any additional information will be most welcome (measurements of the chimney breast, rough idea of what you want etc.)

Estimate

In most circumstances we’re able to give a rough estimate based on the pictures provided. If in doubt we may ask you to provide us with additional information.

Survey

If happy with the estimate we’ll book you in for a survey to avoid any future surprises. Surveys are carried out free of charge within a 15 mile radius.

Invoice & Fitting

Following a survey we’ll send you a final quote. Once you’re happy to proceed we’ll book you in for fitting :). Lead time for fitting is usually 4-8 weeks.
