We wanted a new fireplace to suit our fire, and went to Fires and Fireplaces in Derby. The team there, Tanya and Bart, both provided excellent advice on size, style and visualisation, and provided us with mock-up photos of what the final result would look like. The order was fulfilled in about 4 weeks, and the installation team were efficient and respectful of our home. The follow up support has also been excellent. We are delighted with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending Fires and Fireplaces to anyone looking for a new fire or fireplace

I'm so pleased with my new fire surround and fire supplied and installed by Fires and Fireplaces Derby. From going into the store to place my order to installation has been brilliant, staff in the store were very helpful. Alex and Sam who fitted it yesterday have done a fantastic job, it looks lovely in my newly refurbished living room. They lay down carpet so that they didn't mark the floor, they hoovered up and took away all the packaging and rubbish. Thank you so much

Fires and Fireplaces has been a brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. They provided helpful advice and information about how to go about replacing an old open fire with an electric stove and what our options were. To help us chose, F&F provided samples of various materials to look at and helpful photoshop images of different designs and products. The removal of the old fire / fireplace and the installation of the new one were managed very efficiently and with care over keeping the environment clean and tidy. All members of staff we came into contact with at F&F were professional, friendly and keen to do a great job. We were delighted with the end result and would definitely recommend the company
